From visitors: We collect standard web analytics data (page views, browser type, approximate location) through cookies. DrivePulse does not require user accounts and does not collect personally identifiable information through the normal use of our search tools.

From dealers: If a dealer contacts us regarding their listings, we may retain their business contact information solely to process listing correction or removal requests.

2. Vehicle Data

Vehicle listing data displayed on DrivePulse (prices, specifications, images) is sourced from publicly available dealer websites. This is factual product information that dealers have chosen to publish publicly. We do not collect personal data of vehicle sellers or buyers through our aggregation process.

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide vehicle search and comparison tools
  • To display publicly sourced vehicle listings
  • To power research tools (market value estimates, payment calculators, AI search)
  • To improve our search engine and tools

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information to third parties. DrivePulse does not collect or share user contact details with dealerships or any other parties. When you click "View Original Listing," you leave DrivePulse and are subject to the dealer's own privacy policy.

5. Cookies & Advertising

We use essential cookies for site functionality and optional analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. Third-party advertising partners (such as Google AdSense) and affiliate networks may also set cookies to serve relevant ads and track affiliate referrals. 6. Data Retention

Vehicle listings are updated regularly and removed when no longer publicly available on the source dealer website. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form only.

7. Your Rights (PIPEDA)

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact us at privacy@drivepulse.ca.

8. Dealer Opt-Out

Dealers who wish to opt out of having their public inventory information displayed on DrivePulse may contact dealers@drivepulse.ca. We honour all opt-out requests within 48 hours.
